These terms govern your use of mirasca.com and any purchases from MIRASCA.

1. About us

This website is operated by AESH TRADERS LTD (trading as MIRASCA).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" means AESH TRADERS LTD trading as MIRASCA
  • "You", "your" means the customer using our website or purchasing products
  • "Products" means the goods we offer for sale on mirasca.com
  • "Contract" means the binding agreement formed when we accept your order

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products and pricing

We aim to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing. Prices are shown in the selected currency and, for UK customers, include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. If we discover an error after you order, we will contact you; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the correct price.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email (or equivalent confirmation). We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to stock, payment failure, pricing error, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. Available methods may include major cards and digital wallets as shown at checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom as described in our Shipping Policy. Standard free UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days; times are estimates only. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and ensuring someone can receive the parcel. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or failure to collect, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

8. Cancellation and returns (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to exceptions (for example, sealed goods unsealed after delivery where hygiene applies, or personalised items).

Separately, MIRASCA offers a 30-day returns policy for eligible unused items as set out in our Returns & Exchanges page. Please follow the process there to request a return authorisation.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose).

9. Faulty or damaged goods

If products arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights and our returns policy.

10. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse site content except as allowed by law
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the site's operation

All website content, branding and product imagery remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, or network outages)

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that processing.

14. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for future use.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their local UK courts where the law allows.
